Xing-Ming Zhao
Professor of Institute of Science and Technology for Brain-Inspired Intelligence (ISTBI), Fudan University; Deputy Director of Key Laboratory of Computational Neuroscience and Brain-inspired Intelligence, Ministry of Education; Shanghai Youth Science and Technology Star; candidate of Shanghai Pujiang Talent Program; IEEE Senior Member; CCF Senior Member; Deputy Director of Professional Committee of Bioinformatics and Artificial Life, Chinese Association of Artificial Intelligence; Standing member of Technical Committees of Bioinformatics, China Computer Federation; Director of Technical Committees of Bioinformatics, Shanghai Computer Society; ACM SIGBio China Vice Chair, etc. He has published more than 100 SCI papers in international renowned journals such as Cell Metabolism, Nature Communications, Genome Medicine, and Nucleic Acids Research. He has undertaken a number of scientific research projects including 863 program, National key research and development program, major research program and key projects of Natural Science Foundation of China.
Jingqi Chen
Young associate researcher, Institute of Science and Technology for Brain-Inspired Intelligence (ISTBI), Fudan University. She received her Ph.D. degree from Fudan University and went to the University of California, Berkeley for postdoctoral research. Her research interests include non-coding mechanism of brain diseases, multi-network and multi-modal data integration of diseases, molecular diagnosis of whole genome sequencing, etc., and she has developed multiple algorithmic processes such as multi-omics integrated prediction, structural variation annotation, exome pathogenic variation identification, etc. As the first or corresponding author, she has published several academic papers in well-known academic journals such as Molecular Psychiatry, Nucleic Acids Research, Journal of Proteome Research and Human Mutation.
Luis Pedro Coelho
Young researcher, Institute of Science and Technology for Brain-Inspired Intelligence (ISTBI), Fudan University. He has been engaged in biological research by big data, particularly focuses on the analysis of microbial populations by metagenome and fluorescence microscopic image methods. Before joining Fudan University, Louis has been engaged in postdoctoral research in the peer Bork group of the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL). Louis studied with Bob Murphy and received a doctorate from Carnegie Mellon University. He has published more than 30 SCI papers in international famous journals such as Nature, Science and eLife, and developed a number of biological image processing and microbiological data analysis software packages.
Yucheng Yang
Young associate researcher, Institute of Science and Technology for Brain-Inspired Intelligence (ISTBI), Fudan University. He received his PhD degree from Tsinghua University in 2016 and then went to Yale University to do postdoctoral research. He has been working as a young associate researcher at Fudan University since 2020. His research interests include integrated analysis of computational genomics and biomedical big data. Current research interests are genome regulatory elements and gene expression regulation, as well as the association with complex human diseases, especially brain-related diseases.He has published several academic papers in well-known academic journals such as Cell Research, Nucleic Acids Research, BMC Genomics as the first or corresponding author.
