【Introduction and research direction of biomedical big data center】
The biomedical big data center under the Institute of Science and Technology for Brain-Inspired Intelligence (ISTBI. , Fudan University. It’s an important infrastructure platform for the construction of Shanghai brain and brain-inspired major municipal projects. At present, the center has built a full-dimensional data platform of Zhangjiang International Brain Bank, with more than 520000 international shared data such as UK Biobank, ABCD and HCP, and cooperatively collected 15000 Chinese brain data such as schizophrenia, depression, autism, stroke and psychodegenerative diseases, involving multimodal data such as environment, behavior, genetics, brain images and nerves. is an important infrastructure platform for the construction of major projects in Shanghai. Direction 1: computational genomics for brain diseases
Based on the genomics, transcriptomics and metabolomics data produced by the biomedical big data center and the mainstream public data platforms at home and abroad, based on the long and short reading sequencing data, develop algorithms to identify the genetic risk genes and variants of brain diseases in Chinese population, explore the new pathogenesis of brain diseases based on molecular multiomics, develop molecular diagnosis algorithms, and study new diagnosis and treatment methods based on big data.
Direction 2: Imaging genetics for brain diseases
Based on the data of magnetic resonance brain imaging, genomics, electronic medical records, behavior scale, environmental factors and other data produced by biomedical big data center and mainstream public data platforms at home and abroad, develop the integration method of image- molecule-behavior and other cross modal data based on machine learning and deep learning, mine the risk factors of brain diseases, and provide the basis for intelligent diagnosis of brain diseases.
Direction 3: Gut-Brain connection
Based on the microbiome data, metabolomics data and MRI data produced by the biomedical big data center and public data platform, carry out research on the analysis and algorithm development of macrogenomic data integrating long and short reading sequencing data, microbial species identification and gene function analysis, virus-bacteria interaction prediction, microbiome and image / behavior / genomics association analysis algorithm development, etc.
【Scientific Research Conditions】
1. The Institute has undertaken the major scientific and technological project of "basic transformation and Application Research of brain and brain-inspired intelligence" in Shanghai, and has built an international advanced brain imaging platform and biomedical big data center.
2. The center has built a full-dimensional brain science data platform, established a scientific research team dedicated to genomics, imageomics and microbiomics, and deeply shared and cooperated with international mainstream data platforms to support the research and development of brain science.
3. The center maintains long-term and close cooperation with Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, Shanghai Mental Health Center, Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of traditional Chinese medicine, Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital, Oxford University, Cambridge University, Harvard University, European molecular biology laboratory and other domestic and foreign scientific research institutions, be able to provide candidates with good opportunities for scientific research cooperation at home and abroad.
【Salary】
1.The first term of employment is 2 years and can be renewed to 4 years. The salary is determined according to the comprehensive conditions of the applicant.
