Her research interests include non-coding mechanism of brain diseases, multi-network and multi-modal data integration of diseases, molecular diagnosis of whole genome sequencing, etc., and she has developed multiple algorithmic processes such as multi-omics integrated prediction, structural variation annotation, exome pathogenic variation identification, etc. As the first or corresponding author, she has published several academic papers in well-known academic journals such as Molecular Psychiatry, Nucleic Acids Research, Journal of Proteome Research and Human Mutation.

He received his PhD degree from Tsinghua University in 2016 and then went to Yale University to do postdoctoral research. He has been working as a young associate researcher at Fudan University since 2020. His research interests include integrated analysis of computational genomics and biomedical big data.
