Introduction

CSTEA: A Webserver for the Cell State Transition Expression Atlas

The CSTEA is a web server not only organizing time-series expression datasets on cell state transitions in human and mouse, but also providing functions for analysis and visualization of these datasets. Through utilizing information of un-characterized intermediate time points and focusing on the lineage trajectory path during transitions, CSTEA enables both experimental and computational biologists to better understand the mechanisms of cell fate determination in mammals.
