个人简介：国家杰出青年科学基金获得者，复旦大学特聘教授，中山医院双聘教授，复旦大学类脑智能科学与技术研究院副院长 ，计算神经科学与类脑智能教育部重点实验室副主任。上海市青年科技启明星和上海市浦江人才计划入选者、IEEE Senior Member、上海市生物信息学会理事长、中国人工智能学会人工生命与生物信息学专委会副主任、中国计算机学会生物信息学专委会常务委员、上海市计算机学会生物信息学专委会主任和ACM SIGBio China Vice Chair 等。在Nature、Cell Metabolism、IEEE TPAMI、Nature Communications、Genome Medicine、Nucleic Acids Research等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文130余篇。承担了国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目在内的多项课题。

研究方向：生物医学人工智能。

所获奖项：上海市生物信息学会青年卓越奖（2021年）；吴文俊人工智能自然科学一等奖（2020年，第一完成人）；教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果（自然类）二等奖（2018年，第一完成人）。
