个人简介：复旦大学类脑智能科学与技术研究院青年研究员。加入复旦之前，Luis在欧洲分子生物学实验室（EMBL)Peer Bork院士组中从事博士后研究。Luis师从Bob Murphy并在卡内基梅隆大学获得博士学位，师从Prof Arlindo Oliveira在Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon获得硕士学位。一直利用大数据的方法从事生物学研究。尤其专注于利用元基因组及荧光显微图像法对微生物群体进行分析。在Nature、Science和eLife等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文30余篇，开发多个生物图像处理和微生物组学数据分析软件包。
